Section 152
Grievance Hearing
(1) In accordance with this Act, if anyone has any complaint regarding any action taken by the insurer, insured or insurance intermediary or the director, officer, employee or insurance intermediary or any other stakeholder of the insurer, a complaint can be filed before the authority.
(2) Other arrangements regarding the hearing of complaints and the authority to hear complaints shall be as prescribed.
